Job Description:
This is a manufacturing support role at a facility producing high-performance insulation materials (断熱材 dannetsu-zai) using proprietary foam technology in Higashi Ward, Okayama City, placed through Sougou Career Option dispatch agency. Work involves assisting the foaming process by loading materials into the foaming machine, checking finished output, replenishing materials in set procedures, and keeping the work area clean and organised. Chemical substances are used in the process, but protective equipment (防護具 bougoku) is provided and safety management is thorough — all tasks follow a clear manual, making it accessible for those with no manufacturing experience. Two shift patterns are available: a day shift (08:00–16:30) and a night shift (20:30–05:00 overnight), with weekends and public holidays off per the company calendar. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) is available so wages can be received promptly, and no resume or in-person agency visit is required. Overtime of around 10 hours or more per month is typical.
