Job Description:
This is a picking and transport role at a large distribution warehouse in Kitahiroshima, Hokkaido, handling drug store merchandise for delivery to retail stores. Tasks involve stacking store-specific product cartons onto folding trolleys and transferring pallets; heavier items are handled in groups with equipment support, and distances are short (1-2 metres). The warehouse system guides picking so there is no risk of getting lost or confused; full step-by-step training is provided from day one for complete beginners. Two fixed shift patterns are available — choose between Sunday-Monday off or Saturday-Sunday off; all shifts are daytime only. A staff cafeteria is on-site with meals such as soba available from around 200 yen. A daily payment system (日払い hibarai) is available via smartphone app with funds receivable in as little as 5 minutes after applying (conditions apply). New staff relocating from outside the area receive a 20,000-yen digital gift card on their first day.
