Job Description:

This is a kitchen support role at a popular spice-cuisine restaurant in Chitose City, Hokkaido, accessible 10 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by car from Chitose Station. Work involves vegetable cutting and meat preparation, plating, simple cooking assistance, dishwashing, and keeping the kitchen clean and organised. New starters begin with straightforward tasks such as plating and washing, then gradually take on more responsibility as they gain confidence — full support from senior staff throughout. Two shift options are available: morning (9:00-18:00) or afternoon/evening (13:00-22:00), each 8 hours with a 1-hour break and no overtime; preferred time can be discussed at application. Advance payment (前渡し maewatashi) is available under company rules, and this is a long-term dispatch (派遣 haken) placement with a minimum contract of 3 months.
