Job Description:

This is an Italian restaurant hall staff role at a wood-fired pizza and charcoal-grilled speciality restaurant inside Lumine Yokohama, directly connected to Yokohama Station in Kanagawa. Duties include table seating, order-taking, table clearing, drink preparation, and register operation handling cash, card, and electronic money payments. No restaurant experience is needed — the manager is happy to start from the basics and most new staff are comfortable within a month. Two shift patterns are available: morning-to-evening (10:00-19:00) and afternoon-to-evening (13:00-22:00); other time arrangements can also be discussed. At least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) per week is preferred for scheduling purposes. An advance payment (前払い maebarai) system and weekly payment (週払い shuubarai) are both available for fast access to earnings.
