Job Description:

This is a warehouse picking role at an industrial rubber products facility in Chuo Ward, Sagamihara, accessible 10 minutes by bus from Hashimoto Station or 15 minutes on foot from Minami-Hashimoto Station. Work involves reading a paper pick list, locating the specified rubber components, collecting them, and verifying the items against the list — no handheld terminals, no heavy lifting, and no complex machinery. Industrial rubber products are lightweight by nature, so physical strain is minimal and the role is easy to learn from the first day. The shift runs 09:00-17:30 (7 hours 45 minutes actual work) on weekdays only with no overtime; Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are all off. Daily payment (日払い hibarai), weekly payment, and advance payment are all available, and no resume is required (online application only). This is a long-term dispatch (派遣 haken) placement.
