Job Description:

This is a heavy-goods packing role at a manufacturing facility in Ebina, Kanagawa, 10 minutes walk from Ebina Station on the Sotetsu Main Line. Work involves using a hoist (ホイスト hoisuto) to lift engines and pack them into steel or wooden crates, and using an electric screwdriver (電動ドライバー dendou-doraibaa) to fasten screws — this is physically active work suited to those comfortable handling heavy industrial components. Experience with electric screwdrivers is especially welcome, and men in their 40s are among the active workforce here. Shift runs 08:15-17:00, five days per week, with Saturdays and Sundays off per the company calendar. An advance pay system (即払いサービス sokubara-saabisu) is available, allowing part of earned wages to be received within as few as 5 days of working, subject to availability and company rules. Native-level Japanese is required as stated by the client company.
