Job Description:
Work as hall and kitchen staff at Marugame Seimen Ebetsu-ten, a popular udon chain restaurant in Ebetsu, Hokkaido, located along National Route 12 near Ebetsu City Hall. Duties are divided into clear roles — table clearing, dishwashing, cashier, udon preparation, tempura and rice dish cooking — so each task is manageable and efficient from the start. Thorough training (kenshuu) and a task manual are provided, making this a comfortable entry point for first-timers and those returning to work after a gap. A late-night allowance (shinya-teate) applies from 22:00, raising wages by 25% for any hours worked after that time. Staff meals (makanai) are available for just 120 yen per meal (up to 800 yen worth), and transport (koutsuuhi) is covered up to 50,000 yen per month. A minimum contract period of 3 months is required.
