Job Description:
This is a daytime hospital support role at a large, modern hospital in Hassamu, Sapporo, covering room cleaning, bed making (ベッドメイク beddo-meiku), and supply management. You will handle ward cleaning, linen replenishment, in-hospital transport of medical documents and specimens, and light cleaning of medical equipment — no direct patient care or nursing duties are involved. The hospital is clean and well-equipped, with an on-site restaurant, convenience store, and ATM. A stylish uniform (制服 seifuku) is provided, and training (研修 kenshuu) is given gradually so you can build confidence at your own pace. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) and weekly payment (週払い shuubarai) are both available upon request under company rules. Overtime is almost never required, making this a stable daytime position ideal for work-life balance.
