Job Description:

This is a kitchen cooking role at a small licensed nursery school (定員22名) in Totsuka-ku, Yokohama, a 9-minute walk from Totsuka Station. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking nutritionally balanced lunches and snacks for up to 22 children, working in a small, friendly team environment. Shifts are short — typically 3 to 4.5 hours in the morning, finishing by 13:30 — making this a comfortable role for those who prefer to keep afternoons free. Work runs 3 to 4 days per week on weekdays, with Saturday shifts approximately twice a month from 10:00 to 13:00. Prior cooking experience at a licensed nursery is required; holders of a cooking licence (調理師 chourishii) or dietitian qualification are especially welcomed, as is experience with allergy-adapted meals. Transport allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is paid in full up to 30,000 yen per month. A bonus (賞与) is provided, and training is available both on-site and remotely.
