Job Description:

Hall and kitchen work at Hanamaru Udon inside the food court at Yume Town Takamatsu, split across five clear positions. The positions are noodle boiling, tempura frying, topping the udon, dishwashing with a machine, and the counter for register and customer service. On your first day you watch alongside a senior member, then start on plating and learn the menu as you go, with a register colleague right beside you for support. Once you are comfortable you can move on to the other positions, always with someone teaching you first. Shifts are anywhere within 09:00 to 21:30, from one day a week and three hours a day, with evening-only or closing-only patterns available. Rosters are self-declared every two weeks and long breaks of up to a month can be arranged in advance. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) is available under company rules, letting you receive part of your earned wages before payday. Hair colour is free within reason, a uniform (制服 seifuku) including shoes and cap is loaned, and staff get 70 percent off meals (まかない makanai).

Wage:

1,100円以上 (per hour) Weekend and public holiday allowance of plus 100円 per hour. Holiday and late-night allowances, single posting allowance, housing support and family allowance of 10,000円 per child until the end of compulsory education. Salary increase available. The same hourly rate applies during the one month training period.
