Job Description:
Guest room cleaning and bed making at Hotel Exy in Ebina, with very little customer contact. Duties are cleaning guest rooms, making beds, restocking amenities, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms and delivering meals to rooms. You may also be asked to clean shared areas of the building. Rooms are cleaned in teams of two or three, so people with no experience can start comfortably, though staff on the 00:00 to 09:00 overnight shift work alone once trained. Three shift patterns run and start and finish times are flexible, with examples such as 09:00 to 15:00 or 16:00 to 22:00. Days of the week are fixed once agreed, but sudden changes are accommodated, and you can work from one day a week. Weekends and public holidays pay an extra 50 yen an hour and hours from 22:00 carry a 25 percent late-night premium (深夜手当 shinya-teate). Transport allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) and petrol costs are paid under company rules, free parking is available and hair, beards, nails and piercings are all free.

1,225円～1,593円 (per hour)
Weekdays from 1,225円 and Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays from 1,275円, a 50円 per hour weekend increase. Hours from 22:00 carry a 25 percent late-night premium, giving 1,531円 on weekdays and 1,593円 at weekends. Ability allowance and various other allowances paid. Salary increase available. The same conditions apply during the three month trial and training period.
