Job Description:

Packing motor components used in electric fans and ventilation fans, at a site ten minutes on foot from Nagaokakyo Station. On the line you hook the incoming parts onto a dedicated fixture and lift them with a remote control, so there is no heavy lifting involved. You then pack the parts into cardboard boxes on a pallet together with the instruction sheet and a cooling pack, and staple the box closed. Finished boxes are moved to their designated place with a hand lift, and you also assemble the cardboard boxes themselves. No experience is needed and you start with practice work supported by senior staff. Hours are 08:40 to 17:25 with a 45 minute break at midday, no overtime, and Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays off by company calendar. An advance payment system (前払い maebarai) is available under company rules for unexpected expenses. The site is air conditioned with a canteen, transport allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is paid for commutes over 2km up to 640 yen a day, and a uniform (制服 seifuku) is loaned free.

Wage:

1,400円～1,750円 (per hour) Premiums paid for holiday, late-night and overtime hours. Total of 60,000円 available in two payments of 30,000円. Friend referral bonus.
