Job Description:
This is a cosmetics inspection and packing leadership dispatch role at a logistics centre in Kohoku-ku, Yokohama, a 5-minute walk from Kita-Shin-Yokohama Station. New starters begin with hands-on inspection and packing of cosmetics products, then gradually take on a floor leader role — including roll call, attendance confirmation, and shift scheduling for a small team. The transition to independent leadership is expected within approximately 6 months. Step-by-step manual guides are provided for all procedures so complex judgements are never required. Leadership tasks account for roughly half the work time; the rest is floor production work alongside the team. The shift runs 09:00 to 17:20, Monday to Friday, with Sundays and public holidays off. Car and bicycle commuting are not permitted at this worksite. Advance payment (前払い maebarai) is available, as well as weekly payment (週払い shuubarai). Hair colour, nail polish, piercings, and appearance are freely permitted. Casual dress is accepted at this worksite.
