Job Description:
This is a hall and kitchen staff role at 串や。ニューハカタスタイル 岡山駅前店, a popular Kyushu-style izakaya (居酒屋 izakaya) serving charcoal-grilled skewers, vegetable-wrapped kushiyaki, and Hakata-style bite-sized gyoza. The store is located just 2 minutes walk from Okayama Station in the basement of Momotaro Plaza, making it easy to reach by public transport. Hall staff handle seating guests, serving food and drinks, processing payments, and table cleaning; kitchen staff assist with prep, plating, finishing dishes, and washing up. A dishwasher/washing station role is also available for those who prefer to stay off the floor. Shifts run from 12:00 to midnight across the store's operating hours — you choose which hours suit you, with a minimum of 3 hours per shift accepted. A late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) of 25% applies from 22:00, boosting the base rate to 1,380円 per hour. Free staff meals (まかない makanai) are provided, and hair colour, nails, and piercings are all freely allowed. No resume is required for interview; training (研修 kenshuu) is provided and the team supports newcomers step by step.
