Job Description:
This is a hall staff role at 旬鮮炭火焼 獺祭 (Shunsengitaiyaki Dassai), a charcoal-grill izakaya (居酒屋 izakaya) in Kugenuma Tachibana, Fujisawa, 4 minutes walk from Fujisawa Station on the JR Tokaido Line and Odakyu Enoshima Line. The menu centres on seasonal fresh seafood sourced locally from Ito and Odawara, charcoal-grilled and served as creative Japanese dishes; all current part-time staff are university students working in a close-knit, relaxed team atmosphere. Hall duties cover the full front-of-house operation: taking orders, preparing drinks, serving dishes, handling payment, and dishwashing — a broad range of skills to build in one role. The shift runs within the 17:00-00:00 window; a minimum of 4 hours is accepted, making it easy to fit around lectures, seminars, or other commitments from 2 to 4 days per week. A 30-hour training (研修 kenshuu) period applies at the same rate of 1,225円 — no pay cut during training. Free staff meals (まかない makanai) are provided daily from the same high-quality seasonal ingredients used on the menu; the menu changes with the season so there is always something new to try.
