Job Description:
This is a light warehouse role inside a refrigerated and frozen storage facility at a meat-processing factory supplying supermarkets. Work involves sorting incoming and outgoing meat products by type and storage temperature, retrieving items from designated locations using a handheld scanner (ハンディ handi) or instruction sheet, storing goods, and transporting outgoing products. Tasks are repetitive and straightforward -- no prior experience or specialist knowledge is required, and new starters pick up the flow quickly. The shift runs fixed daytime hours from 08:15 to 17:00, making this a day-shift-only (日勤 nikkin) position with no overnight work. Overtime is low, averaging around 10 hours per month, and finishing on time is generally possible. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) and weekly payment (週払い shuubarai) are both available under company rules. Commuting by car, motorbike, bicycle, or train is all permitted, with a company car park on site and transport allowance paid within company guidelines. A valid Japanese residence status and Japanese language ability at JLPT N4 level or above is required for reading work instructions and basic on-site communication.
Wage:
1,150円 (per hour)
Overtime pay applies for hours beyond 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week. Transportation allowance paid separately (規定有).
