Job Description:

This is a packaging role at a small-team manufacturing facility in Utsunomiya, Tochigi, handling roll paper products used in sticker and label production. Work involves wrapping rolls of varying sizes in cushioning material and plastic wrap, with items weighing up to 20 kilograms; no prior experience is needed as tasks are straightforward and training support is provided. Three shift options are available: morning (06:30-15:00), afternoon-evening (14:30-23:00), and overnight (22:30-07:00); the overnight shift crosses midnight and the deep-night premium (深夜手当 shinya-teate) applies for hours between 22:30 and 05:00. Weekends and public holidays are off following the company calendar, making this a stable weekday-focused position with minimal overtime (under 10 hours per month on average). Daily payment (日払い hibarai) is available, allowing wages to be received quickly without waiting for the monthly payday. No resume or in-person visit is required to register -- web registration is fully accepted, and a workplace visit prior to starting can be arranged. A 14-day trial period applies; social insurance and paid leave are provided in line with Japanese law. Japanese language ability at JLPT N4 level or above is required.

Wage:
