Job Description:
You will work in the kitchen of a special nursing home (tokubetsu yogo rojin home) in Minami-ku, Okayama, preparing and serving meals for residents. Duties focus on reheating prepared food, plating (morizuke 盛り付け), setting up for meal service, washing dishes and utensils, and cleaning the kitchen area - no from-scratch cooking experience or chef qualifications required. Two shift patterns are available: early morning (hayaoki 早朝) 06:00-15:00 and standard 09:00-18:00, rotating on a shift system (shifuto-sei シフト制). The facility is run by a medical and welfare organisation with multiple sites across Okayama Prefecture and has a 50-resident capacity with staff ranging from their 20s to 50s. This is a temp-to-hire (shokai yotei haken 紹介予定派遣) placement - you start as a dispatch worker and can move to direct employment after both sides agree. Daily payment (hibarai 日払い) and weekly payment (shuurbarai 週払い) are available during the dispatch period. Transport allowance (koutsuuhi 交通費) is paid separately and in full. Car commuting is welcome with a parking space provided.

1,350円 (per hour)
