Job Description:

Clean shared and private areas of an office building in Kawasaki's Nakahara district, covering vacuuming of common and exclusive zones, toilet cleaning, rubbish collection, and building perimeter cleaning. Work is a simple, repeatable routine that is easy to learn - once the pattern is mastered the same tasks are repeated each shift. Shift is a fixed 3-hour morning block (08:00-11:00, no break) so you finish by mid-morning with the rest of the day free. Weekdays only with Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays off; 2-3 days per week is the standard, with more days available if wanted. Advance payment is available - up to 70% of earned wages can be received before the regular payday (advance-payment mae-barai system; conditions apply). Weekly payment available every Friday via smartphone application submitted on Tuesdays.

Wage:

1,550円 (per hour) Monthly income example: 102,300 yen (5 days/week, 22 days) or 55,800 yen (3 days/week, 12 days).
