Job Description:

This is a kitchen and service staff role at Hotto Motto (ほっともっと), a take-away bento chain with the largest store count in Japan, located in Motoimaizumi, Utsunomiya City, 10 minutes walk from Utsunomiya Station. Kitchen duties include cooking and plating bento meals; customer-facing duties include taking orders and handing over completed products - both are part of the role. Full manuals and training (研修 kenshuu) are in place, so those with no cooking or restaurant experience can start confidently. Three shift options are available: early morning (06:00-09:00), daytime (09:00-17:00), and evening (17:00-23:00); a minimum of 3 hours per day and 2 days per week is accepted. On-shift benefits include bento at half price and free drinks; off-shift, bento is available at 10% off. Hair colour is free. A birthday present is provided annually. Late-night shifts (22:00 onwards within the evening slot) carry a deep-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) of 1,438 yen per hour and are for applicants aged 18 and over only.

Wage:

1,100円 (per hour) Standard rate (non-high school): 1,150円/hr. Early morning premium 05:00-08:00: 1,250円/hr (+100円). Deep-night rate 22:00-05:00: 1,438円/hr (1,150 × 1.25 = 1,437.5 → 1,438円 confirmed). Trial period 14 days at same rate.
