Job Description:
This is a fried chicken (唐揚げ karaage) cooking role at a specialist karaage shop inside Lazona Kawasaki Plaza, directly connected to JR Kawasaki Station West Exit in Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture. The shop originates from Obihiro, Hokkaido, and is known for its juicy chicken wrapped in skin without garlic or ginger - a popular local favourite now open at Lazona Kawasaki on a limited six-month run from September 2026 to end of February 2027. Tasks involve preparing chicken ahead of service and frying to order as customers place them - a simple, repetitive process that becomes quick and easy once learned. Cashier and customer service are handled by dedicated counter staff, so cooking is the sole focus. Shifts run within a 09:00-22:00 window for 8 hours of actual work; 2 to 5 days per week is available and hours are negotiable for students and homemakers. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) is available through Dimple. Transport allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is fully covered. Daimaru Matsuzakaya group shopping discount of 10% is provided.
