Job Description:

This is an office building cleaning role at a commercial building in Naka-ku, Yokohama, Kanagawa Prefecture, located within 5 minutes walk of Kannai Station, covering a fixed early morning shift from 07:00 to 10:30. Tasks include collecting rubbish from tenant units, vacuuming, and cleaning shared areas including floors and toilets - no heavy machinery or complex equipment involved, and all tools and techniques are taught within the first week. The shift is 3.5 hours with no break and finishes before 11:00, leaving the rest of the day free for household duties, study, or a second job. Overtime averages less than 5 hours per month. Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are always off. A team of 8 staff works each shift; the workplace is mainly 50s women and has a high retention rate. Advance payment (前払い maebarai) on earned wages is available weekly via smartphone (up to 70% of earned wages, applied by Tuesday, paid by Friday).
