Job Description:
This is an equipment maintenance and inspection role at an aircraft parts manufacturing plant in Fujisawa City, Kanagawa Prefecture, 15 minutes walk from Fujisawa Station (JR and Odakyu Lines). Tasks involve inspecting, servicing, and repairing production machinery (工作機械 kousakukikai) used in aircraft parts manufacturing, including electrical control panel inspection and wiring work. The shift runs fixed daytime hours (08:00-16:45) with Saturdays and Sundays off on a 5-day rotation; 3-month renewable contracts. Company dormitory (寮 ryou) is available: a furnished one-room unit with TV, air conditioning, refrigerator, bedding, and washing machine (monthly fee applies per item). The dormitory is approximately 20 minutes walk or 45 minutes by public transport and walking from the factory. A staff cafeteria is available on site. Transport allowance provided. September joiners receive a 300,000-yen entry bonus. WEB interviews available.
