Job Description:
This is an early-morning office building cleaning role in the Minatomirai area of Yokohama, two minutes walk from Minatomirai Station. Work covers everyday cleaning of shared and private office spaces: vacuuming floors, collecting rubbish from each floor, sweeping and wiping corridors and stairways, and cleaning toilets. No specialist equipment or prior experience is needed — tools and techniques are taught from scratch, and most staff are comfortable within about one month. Start time is flexible within the 06:00-10:00 window: choose from 06:00-09:00, 06:30-09:30, 07:00-10:00 or a similar slot, for 3 hours of actual working time with no break. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are off, making this ideal for weekday-only workers, homemakers and those with a second job. An advance payment service (前払い maemae) is available — up to 70% of earned wages can be received ahead of the regular pay date, applied via smartphone every Tuesday with payment as early as Friday.
