Job Description:

This is a hotel room cleaning and bed-making role at unmanned apartment hotels across Fukuoka city's Hakata area, managed by Steam Co., which operates around 30 properties in neighbourhoods including Hakata, Sumiyoshi, Haruyoshi, and Nakagofuku. Work involves bed-making (ベッドメイク beddo-meiku), amenity restocking, bathroom and toilet cleaning, and vacuuming — each room takes 40 minutes to 1.5 hours depending on size. As the hotels are fully unmanned, there is no customer contact at all — ideal for those who prefer to work quietly and independently. You may move between multiple properties in one shift, but worksite preferences (staying close to home) can be discussed. Shifts run 09:30-15:30 with no overtime, and three or more days per week is the minimum — with flexibility for weeks when life gets busy. JLPT N2 or above is welcomed; hair colour, nails, and piercings are unrestricted.

Wage:

1,150円 (per hour) Salary increases available. GW, Obon, and year-end/new-year period wage increase applies.
