Job Description:

This is a retail service role at a world tea specialist shop inside Hakata Hankyu, directly connected to Hakata Station in Fukuoka. The boutique carries teas sourced from around the world — black tea, flavoured tea, herbal tea — alongside imported confectionery and condiments in a stylish market-style interior. Customer service involves listening carefully to how and when guests plan to drink their tea, then recommending the perfect match; some customers arrive without a specific product in mind, so consultative service is central to the role. An online training programme covers tea knowledge and brewing techniques from scratch, so prior specialist knowledge is not required. Shifts include weekends and public holidays, 4-5 days a week on a rotation. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) is available through Dimple's standard scheme.
