Job Description:

This is a hall staff role at Obanzai BAR Namba Eight, a small, friendly obanzai (おばんざい Kyoto-style home cooking) bar located 5 minutes walk from Namba Station in Osaka. Duties include guiding guests, serving drinks and food, and light hosting — starting with simply saying "irasshaimase" and building from there at your own pace. The store is intentionally small so staff are always close to each other and to guests, making it easy to ask questions and develop customer service skills naturally. Shifts run from 16:30 to 03:00 (overnight); last-train-departure timing is also OK, and deep-night-only shifts are available. Wages are paid in cash (手渡し tewatashi); full daily payment is also available per company rules. Pick-up service (送迎) is available after late shifts; foreigners and international students are welcome.

Wage:

1,400円 (per hour) Upper rate: 1,600円 (based on skills and experience). Deep-night premium applies from 22:00 per law (shinya-teate). Salary and rank increase available.
