Job Description:
Work as a product inspection (検品 kenpin) staff member at a toothbrush manufacturing facility in Yamatokoriyama City, Nara. Your main task is checking the brush heads of toothbrushes for defects, with both standing and seated work involved. The workplace is new and clean, with air conditioning, lockers, and a break room, and employs around 300 staff. Work follows a two-shift rotation (2交替制 ni-kotatai-sei) switching weekly: morning shift 08:00-16:40 and afternoon shift 12:25-21:00. No experience required. There is potential to be hired as a full-time employee (正社員 seishain) after the dispatch period of up to 6 months. An advance pay (前払い maebarai) scheme is available, allowing you to receive part of your earned wages before pay day (fees may apply; differs from daily or weekly payment). Weekends and public holidays are fully off, with large holiday periods including year-end/New Year, Obon, and Golden Week.
