Job Description:
This is a kitchen staff role at Torimero Okayama Honmachi, a yakitori-style izakaya on the 2nd floor of Honmachi K Building, steps from Okayama Station. Duties include simple cooking, plating and food arrangement, dishwashing, and general kitchen tidying; cooking experience is not required and senior staff will train you step by step. The shift runs from 17:00 to 01:00 (overnight), covering evening and late-night service hours. A 100-hour training (研修 kenshuu) period applies at a slightly lower rate before the standard wage kicks in. The late-night portion of the shift (22:00 onwards) attracts a statutory late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate). Hair colour and nail art are permitted within store guidelines, reflecting a relaxed personal expression policy. No resume is required to apply.
