Job Description:
This is a hall and kitchen staff position at Tonkatsu Shinjuku Saboten Sansute Okayama, a tonkatsu restaurant chain located inside Sansute Okayama shopping complex directly connected to Okayama Station. Hall duties include welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food, and maintaining a comfortable dining environment. Kitchen duties follow the chain's original recipes — cooking, plating, and washing up — with full training provided so no prior cooking experience is necessary. Three shift patterns are available: morning to afternoon, afternoon to closing, and full day, covering 08:00 to 22:30 with days and hours negotiable. Transportation allowance is paid in full. A minimum commitment of 6 months or more is preferred.
Wage:
1,100円 (per hour)
Salary increase available (up to 1,200 yen). High school student rate: 1,090 yen. Training period: same rate as base wage (no reduction). Employee tasting events held.
