Job Description:

Work as hall or kitchen staff at Yamauchi Noujou, a lively izakaya specialising in charcoal-grilled fresh chicken and a wide selection of food and drinks. The restaurant has a warm, lantern-lit atmosphere and is part of the Monteroza Group, one of Japan's largest izakaya chains with around 850 locations nationwide. Hall duties include guiding guests to seats, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and handling the register (レジ rejji); kitchen duties start with simple tasks and build up with support from experienced staff. Shifts run from 17:00 to midnight with a shift system (シフト制 shifuto-sei) submitted weekly, so you can fit work around school or other commitments. You can work from just 1 day a week and 3 hours a day, and last-train times are taken into account when scheduling. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are available at 50% off, and an advance payment (前払い maekini) system lets you draw up to 50% of earned wages before payday. Hair colour and style are free (髪色自由 kamishoku-jiyuu), and no resume is needed for the interview. Note: workers aged under 18 may not work past 22:00 under Japanese labour law.

Wage:
