Job Description:
This is a hall and kitchen staff position at Saizeriya Italian family restaurant inside Tenmaya Happies Saidaiji Mall in Okayama's Higashi ward, 4 minutes by car from Saidaiji Station. Hall staff guide customers to seats, assist with the self-order system, serve food using the delivery robot, and clear tables — with self-checkout already in place, so staff can focus almost entirely on service and plating. Kitchen work involves ingredient prep, plating, and oven and IH warming — no knives or deep fryers are used, keeping it safe and accessible for beginners. Lunch shifts from 11:00-15:00 are especially in demand, and working as little as 2 hours per shift or 1 day per week is accepted. A 100-hour training period applies at 1,280円, rising to 1,300円 on completion — and salary can increase by up to 250円 per hour over time via a rank-up system linked to skills mastered. All menu items are available at 50% off for staff on working days, and hair colour and style are free. Transportation allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is paid in full, and late-night hours (22:00 onward) receive a 25% premium at 1,625円. No resume is required to apply.
