Job Description:
Work as hall and kitchen staff at Marugame Seimen Fujieda, a popular udon chain restaurant 10 minutes walk from Fujieda Station south exit in Shizuoka. Duties are divided into clearly defined roles: welcoming guests, taking and handing over takeout orders, boiling and plating udon, preparing tempura and rice dishes to recipe, cashier work, dishwashing (洗い場 araiba) using a dishwasher machine, and store cleaning. You can start from a position that suits your strengths - cooking, customer service, or cleaning - and build skills step by step with a thorough training (研修 kenshuu) programme and manual. Shifts are submitted weekly with a minimum of 3 hours from 1 day per week, and weekday-only, weekend-only, and weekend-off patterns are all accommodated. Late-night shifts from 22:00 attract a 25% deep-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) for higher earnings in the evening. International students are welcome - Japanese language skills develop naturally on the job. No resume required for the interview. Minimum contract period of 3 months.
