Job Description:

This is a product inspection and logistics management role at a truck terminal handling outgoing goods for a machinery manufacturer in Mihara City, Hiroshima, operating under 高木工業株式会社. Your main duty is to check outgoing products in the truck parking area alongside drivers using a checklist before loading — you will process approximately 30 to 50 trucks per day. During periods without trucks, you will carry out product inspection and checking work inside the terminal. Previous factory or manufacturing experience is required for this position; applicants without prior experience in a production or logistics environment cannot be considered. Working hours are daytime only (08:00-16:30) with no night shifts, and weekends and public holidays are fully off under a complete two-day weekend system. An advance payment system (前払い maewatashi) is in place for urgent cash needs, and weekly payment (週払い shuubarai) is also available. A furnished single-room dormitory is provided at no initial cost, with appliances and bedding included — relocation travel expenses are also fully covered by the company. A pathway to full-time employment and promotion to leadership and management roles is available.

Wage:

1,400円 (per hour) Advance payment system available on earned wages (前払い制度, company regulations apply). Weekly payment also available. Retirement allowance and bonus included within hourly rate.
