Job Description:

This is a convenience store staff role at Seven-Eleven Hiroshima Yokogawa Shinbashi Nishi, located in Nishi-ku, Hiroshima City, a 5-minute walk from JR Yokogawa Station. Main duties include cashier and customer service at the register (レジ reji), restocking shelves and arranging product displays, in-store cleaning, POP creation, and product ordering; tasks are assigned gradually as you settle in. Two shift bands are available: an early morning (早朝 souchou) slot from 06:00 to 09:00 at 1,191 yen per hour, and a night shift (夜勤 yakin) slot from 22:00 to 06:00 at a base of 1,141 yen per hour. The night shift carries a 25% late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) for the 22:00 to 05:00 portion, bringing the effective rate to 1,426 yen per hour during those hours. Minimum commitment is 1 day per week for the early morning slot and 2 days per week for the night shift; daily hours are negotiable (応相談). Training (研修 kenshuu) is provided and beginners are actively welcomed; the store is also open to students, homemakers, freeters, seniors, and those holding a second job.
