Job Description:

This is a hall, kitchen, or cleaning staff role at Yakiniku Ehimeya Hiroshima Nakamachi (焼肉えひめ屋広島中町店), a Hiroshima branch of a yakiniku restaurant established over 50 years ago in Onomichi, now located in central Hiroshima City. Hall staff (ホールスタッフ hooru-sutaffu) welcome and seat customers, take orders, prepare drinks, serve food, handle payment at the register (レジ reji), and set up tables between sittings. Kitchen staff (キッチンスタッフ kicchin-sutaffu) assist with cooking preparation, food plating, and dishwashing, including items like fried rice and ramen from the kitchen menu. Cleaning staff handle post-meal table clearing, washroom and toilet cleaning, floor sweeping, and kitchen cleaning. Three shift bands are available on a shift system (シフト制 shifuto-sei): a lunchtime slot (11:00-14:00), a dinner-to-close slot (17:00-23:00), and a late evening slot (19:00-23:00); a minimum of 3 hours per shift and 1 day per week is accepted, with weekend-only and weekday-only patterns both available. The restaurant is closed every Wednesday (水曜定休日 suiyou-teikyu-bi); shifts on other days can be arranged around school, family or a second job, and last-train timing is compatible.
