Job Description:

Work as hall staff at FIORIA Roppongi, an upscale private-room restaurant and bar just 1 minute from Roppongi Station in Minato ward, Tokyo — a popular venue for well-known entertainment industry figures and VIP events. Hall duties include taking orders and serving food and drinks in a luxurious, intimate setting across the 3rd and 4th floors of the Goto Building. Two pay grades apply: team leader candidates with extensive food service experience and 3+ days per week earn from 1,400 yen/hour; all other staff earn from 1,280 yen/hour. All shifts from 22:00 earn a 25% deep-night premium (深夜手当 shinya-teate). Shifts run between 17:00 and 05:00 the next morning in 4-hour minimum blocks, from just 1 day a week — the schedule is highly flexible to accommodate actors, students, and second-job workers. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) and cash-in-hand payment (手渡し tewatashi) are both available. Free staff meals (まかない makanai) using premium restaurant ingredients are provided for every shift. JLPT N2 or equivalent conversational Japanese is required as the role involves Japanese-language customer service.

Wage:

1,280円 (per hour) Leader candidate rate (3+ days/week, experienced): from 1,400 yen/hour. Night premium (深夜手当 shinya-teate): 25% uplift from 22:00 — reaching approx. 1,600 yen/hour (standard) or 1,687 yen/hour (leader rate). Salary increase available at any time based on performance.
