This is a factory packing and sorting role at a metalwork manufacturing plant producing automotive air-conditioner compressor parts (エアコン用コンプレッサー部品) in Isesaki City, Gunma. Work involves removing painted parts from racks, then bagging and boxing them for shipment; heavy items up to 20 kg are always handled in pairs for safety. The shift runs 08:10 to 17:00 on weekdays (Monday through Friday), with a flexible start and end time negotiable within the window and a fixed core time (コアタイム) of 09:00 to 14:00. This is a dispatch position (派遣社員 haken-shain) with a minimum commitment of 3 months, intended as long-term, stable work. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) is handled via a dedicated JOBPAY card usable at convenience-store ATMs; funds accumulate each day and can be withdrawn at any time.
