Job Description:
This is a convenience store staff position at FamilyMart Gotemba Nagahara, located an 11-minute walk from Minami-Gotemba Station on the Gotemba Line in Gotemba, Shizuoka. Duties cover all general convenience store work: register operation, product ordering, shelf setup, and store cleaning. Friendly senior staff will guide new starters individually — first-timers, students, high school students, and homemakers are all welcome. Shifts are available from early morning through deep night on a flexible shift system (シフト制 shifuto-sei), with a minimum of 2 hours per day and 1 day per week, freely negotiable by time and day. A statutory late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) applies between 22:00 and 05:00. Late-night shifts between 22:00 and 05:00 are limited to applicants aged 18 and over under Japanese labour law. High school students work at a rate of 1,034円.
