Job Description:

This is a convenience store staff role at FamilyMart Yokohama Station East Exit, a 2-minute walk from JR Yokohama Station north-east exit in Kanagawa-ku, Yokohama. Duties include register operation and customer service, product stocking and shelf display, ordering and quality checking, light food preparation, and store cleaning. Toilet cleaning is not included in this role. The store places particular emphasis on warm, friendly greetings and customer relationships. Shifts are on a fixed schedule, which provides stable income; a bonus is available for staff working 3 or more days per week. A late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) applies from 22:00, raising the rate to 1,600 yen per hour. The early morning slot from 05:00 to 07:00 pays 1,300 yen. A 3-month training period applies at 1,280 yen per hour. Transportation allowance is paid in full. High school students are not eligible. Foreign applicants must hold JLPT N1.
