This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Tachinom Banpaiya Kawasaki, a standing-bar izakaya (立呑み居酒屋 tachinomi-izakaya) in Kawasaki Ward, Kawasaki City, Kanagawa — 7 minutes from JR Kawasaki Station's north-east exit and 3 minutes from Keikyu Kawasaki Station's central exit. The standing-bar format means customers are closer than in a typical restaurant, creating a lively, conversational atmosphere that suits those who enjoy meeting people. Hall staff handle customer greeting, drink orders and service, food delivery, and cashier duties; food orders are written by customers on paper slips, so verbal order-taking pressure is minimal. Kitchen staff start with plating and dishwashing, progressing to frying, grilling, and eventually fish preparation (breaking down whole fish) — a genuine cooking skill you can use outside work too.
