Job Description:

This is a hotel guest room cleaning and bed making role at Yokohama Sakuragicho Washington Hotel, just 2 minutes walk from Sakuragicho Station in Naka Ward, Yokohama. Work runs 10:00-15:00 (4.5 hours actual work, 30-minute break) and covers the full room turnover cycle: checking for forgotten items, collecting rubbish, bed making (ベッドメイキング beddo-meikingu), bathroom cleaning, towel and amenity setup, window wiping, vacuuming, and restocking supplies. Once the cleaning sequence is learned it becomes a satisfying routine — the work is done solo and quietly (モクモク sakugyou) with no customer-facing interaction, making it ideal for those who prefer to work independently. A performance incentive (貢献手当 kouken-teate) is paid on days when you clean above a set number of rooms, giving you the chance to earn above the base rate. Weekend shifts are prioritised — those available on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are especially welcome. A friend referral bonus of 20,000 yen is available per company rules. Wage:

1,300円 (per hour) Performance incentive (貢献手当 kouken-teate) paid when daily room count exceeds a set threshold. Overtime premium paid at statutory rate.
