Job Description:

This role covers both hall and kitchen duties at Komeda Coffee Moriya Takano, a full-service kissaten (喫茶店 kissaten) in Moriya, Ibaraki. Hall duties include seating guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and clearing tables; kitchen duties include preparing coffee and other drinks, toast-based morning sets, and the popular Shironoir dessert. Shifts run from 06:00 to 24:00 under a flexible shift system (シフト制 shifuto-sei), with a minimum of 3 hours a day and 2 days a week, making this suitable for students, homemakers, and those wanting weekend-only work. Senior staff provide thorough support so beginners can learn full-service cafe hospitality from scratch. Weekend and holiday-only availability is also welcome.
