Job Description:
This role covers hall and kitchen duties at Shabu Shabu Don Tei Tsukuba Kenkyugakuen, a shabu-shabu restaurant in Tsukuba, Ibaraki. Hall staff take orders and bring dishes to tables; because shabu-shabu is the main menu, dishes are easy to remember and serve. Kitchen staff start with dishwashing and progress to vegetable plating as they settle in — no experience needed. Shifts run from 09:30 to 23:30 with three selectable blocks; the late shift (20:00-23:30) attracts a deep-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) of 1,500円 per hour after 22:00. A pay advance system (前払い maebarai) lets you access earned wages before payday. Hair colouring and piercings are permitted within the store's appearance guidelines; no resume is required to apply. High school students may only work until 21:30; applicants under 18 are not eligible for the late-night shift.
