Job Description:
Work at Marugame Seimen's Coaska Bayside Stores location, preparing and serving udon noodles, tempura, and rice dishes in a bright shopping mall setting. Duties are divided into small, clearly defined tasks so each role is easy to learn - from cooking and plating to dishwashing (洗い場 araiba) and hall cleanup. Thorough training (研修 kenshuu) and detailed manuals mean first-timers and those returning after a career gap are fully supported from day one. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are available for just 120 yen per meal up to 800 yen worth of food. Transport allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is covered up to 50,000 yen per month. The Toridoll group staff discount gives up to 25% off at group restaurants, and can be used with family and friends. A family canteen scheme provides up to 10,000 yen per month in free meals for employees with children aged 15 and under. Minimum contract period of 3 months.
