Job Description:
Provide hall service at a French bistro and brasserie cafe directly connected to Yokohama Station, an elegant space designed to feel like a Parisian street corner. The menu includes classic French drinks such as hot chocolate, hot wine and Baileys cafe alongside bistro dishes like escargot, duck confit and sole meuniere. Hall duties cover welcoming and seeing off guests, taking orders, making drinks, serving food and drinks, table setting and cash register operation. You will naturally develop authentic French cafe service skills and knowledge of French wine as part of the daily work. Three shift patterns are available from morning through to late evening on a shift system, with two to five days per week. This is a dispatch position managed by JW Solution and the contract has a maximum length of three years. A comprehensive training programme including JTB group hospitality training and follow-up sessions every three months is provided. English conversation ability is a plus.
Wage:
1,700円～1,800円 (per hour)
Deep night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) is paid for hours between 22:00 and 05:00. Overtime allowance is also paid. Transport allowance up to 30,000円 per month.
