Job Description:

This is a convenience store (コンビニ combini) staff role at FamilyMart Tsukuba Q't, located just one minute from Tsukuba Station on the Tsukuba Express line. Duties cover four main areas: cashier and counter service including fast food preparation and ticket sales; product stocking and display; store cleaning; and, once you are familiar with the role, product ordering. A 5-stage evaluation system means your progress is recognised and your hourly rate increases as you develop your skills. Video manuals and an assisted register system make it easy for first-timers or those returning after a gap (ブランクOK) to get up to speed quickly. Shifts are available around the clock, from early morning (早朝 souchou) through to deep night (深夜 shinya), with weekly scheduling submitted monthly and flexible adjustment available. Late-night shifts from 22:00 to 05:00 are restricted to applicants aged 18 and over under Japanese labour law.

Wage:

1,100円 (per hour) Early morning rate (05:00-09:00): 1,300円 / Late-night rate (22:00-05:00): 1,375円 (includes statutory deep-night premium) / Salary increase system via 5-stage evaluation
