Job Description:

Work as a convenience store (コンビニ konbini) staff member at FamilyMart Tsukuba Takeno, handling all general store operations in a friendly neighbourhood setting. Duties include cashier and counter service, product ordering and stock management, shelf stocking and display, and cleaning of the store interior and facilities. As experience grows, staff can take on shelf planning, ordering decisions, and supporting newer team members. Shifts are fully flexible — one day a week and three hours at a time is fine, and early morning, daytime, evening, and late-night slots are all available. The early morning shift (06:00-09:00) carries a higher rate of 1,100 yen per hour. A 30-day training (研修 kenshuu) period applies, during which the same hourly rate is paid. Late-night shifts (22:00-05:00) are for applicants aged 18 and over only (Japanese labour law).

Wage:

1,075円 (per hour) Early morning rate (06:00-09:00): 1,100 yen/hour. Salary increases available.
