Job Description:
This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Marugame Seimen Shonan Mall Fill, located on the 2nd floor of Shonan Mall Fill in Fujisawa City, Kanagawa, accessible by bus from Tsujido Station and Fujisawa Station. Work is divided into focused positions: hall clearing, dishwashing, register, udon cooking, tempura frying, and rice dish preparation, so you only need to master one task at a time. Thorough training (研修 kenshuu) and clear recipe guides mean complete beginners can start with confidence. Shifts are drawn from an 08:00-22:00 window; you can work as little as 3 hours per day from 2 days per week, with schedules submitted weekly to fit your lifestyle. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are available at 120 yen per meal (up to 800 yen of menu items). A minimum contract period of 3 months applies.
