Job Description:
This is a fruit juice shop staff role at Kajukobo Karin inside the Iias Tsukuba shopping mall, serving freshly made-to-order fruit juice drinks to customers. Tasks include cashier service, juice preparation, fruit prep, and keeping the shop clean -- an active, customer-facing role in a bright retail environment. No experience is needed; senior staff provide thorough training (研修 kenshuu) from day one, and all ages from high school students to homemakers are actively working here. A training period of 200 hours applies at 1,075 yen/hr, rising to 1,085 yen/hr upon completion, with further increases through the in-house grade system reviewed annually. Weekend and public holiday shifts are especially welcome, and weekday-only or weekend-only schedules are both available. Car and motorbike commuting are permitted, and an employee parking space can be rented on-site for 2,000 yen per month.
